About us / who we’re looking for
We're two working professionals, an orthopedic theater nurse and a postdoc working from home. Our friend is leaving and we're looking for a replacement for her room.
We’re friendly and happy to chat/socialise, but we also respect everyone having their own space, if they wish to.
We’re looking for a tidy working professional, who’s considerate in a shared home. We keep things running smoothly with a cleaning rota, though usually everyone just picks up what needs doing. Ideally looking for someone working full-time
Viewings
The house is very cozy and lived, and we’ll always do a viewing — ideally in person, but online is also cool. We also like to have a quick chat to make sure it feels like a good fit on both sides.
The room
The room is nice and sunny, and the flat is on the 2nd floor. The contract for the room is for it being unfurnished, but the outgoing housemate is selling their furniture at a reduced price if you want an easy option (contact me for details). A bed, mattress and probably a wardrobe can be left for free if that's ok with you. Also, there's a charity furniture shop right across the flat, where you can get furniture at a very low cost.
