We have a double, en suite room available for a short term let, located at the top of Castle Hill. We are a 15 minute walk or a few minutes bike ride from the city centre, 30 seconds from a bus stop and we have a spare bicycle in the garage you would be welcome to borrow while you're with us, as well as a car parking space on the driveway if needed. There is an Aldi supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. All bills and WiFi included. The price is £900 per month.

About us:
You would be living with me (Rosie), my partner Dan and his 2 boys (11 and 8) who stay with us 50% of the time across weekdays and weekends.
We operate an open door policy, often having friends or neighbours round for Art Nights or BBQs. During the week have a fairly tame schedule as we usually have to be up around 6am for work :(
We would love to find someone who feels comfortable with this, feels at home here and feels free to join in, as much or as little as they would like.

About the room:
You would have a double en suite room on the top floor of a three storey house. The room has a double bed, a mattress, 2 wardrobes with sets of drawers inside, a desk and stool, armchair and plenty of storge under the bed too. The en suite has a good shower, toilet and sink. We can provide sets of bedding and towels if needed.

Shared spaces:
You will have full use of the kitchen with your own separate fridge and kitchen cupboard. We have lots of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery etc, so slight preference for someone that doesnt have a huge amount of things to add, but of course the odd thing or two is fine. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual things plus a coffee machine.
We have a small back garden with a bar and cold water tub (!), a utility room with washing machine, a garage for bike storage and a downstairs toilet.
We do have a living room on the middle floor, but we prefer to keep this for us and the kids to use.

Who we are looking for:
Students / interns welcome. We are open to anyone who feels this room is a good match for them.
