We have two rooms available to rent (single occupancy only). The rooms come with a double bed, wardrobe and storage units.

The property is a shared house with occupancy of 5 people. Currently occupants are aged between 22 and 33 and young professionals. There are shared facilities of:

We are ideally looking for a 9-5 working young professional. Someone who is clean and tidy, who enjoys company and considers their house a home.
