I'm looking for a new housemate for the 2 bed flat I am renting in central cambridge! The property is located by the river, has a complementary gym and also a concierge service.

The flat is spacious and has a shared kitchen/living room area. The room in question has a double bed and also has its own private bathroom just opposite the bedroom enterance.

Council tax is currently £118 pp (Band D), Electricity is ~£30 pp and water is ~£20 pp.

The deposit is stated as one months rent but I was previously offered a 0 deposit scheme by the letting agent so this might still be an option :)

About me:

I'm a 28 year old professional working in the pharmaceutical industry - I'd like to think im pretty chill and also clean. I'm an Arsenal fan (Tottenham fans can still apply) so would be looking for someone to watch the games with as well as binge some TV shows together. I'm pretty social and I like spending time with friends although I'm not a big party person so it would be great to meet someone who has the same temprament. I'm more than happy to answer any questions about the property and provide photos as required. If you are interested it would also be great to meet before hand so we can get a good feeling about whether you would be happy living together as for me that is the most important thing!
