It is very central - it is a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Everyone who has lived here has enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and making themselves at home, whilst maintaining their independence. . Downstairs there is a bright large shared well equipped kitchen and dining/sitting room area looking out onto the garden. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom where there is a shared bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher available. There is a secure covered bike area that cannot be seen from the road. Victoria Park is an exceptionally neighbourly place to live.
