We are looking for someone to take over one room in our three person house share. The two housemates remaining are one female (PhD student, soon to be postdoc) and one male (working in biotech/pharma). Preferable would be someone looking for a longer-term let.

The room in question is the smallest of three rooms in the house which provides sufficient space for a double bed and storage. There is a shared bathroom just across from the room which is shared with one of the housemates (the third room has an ensuite bathroom). There is also a smaller downstairs toilet. We share a bright and spacious lounge and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We also have a small patio and a garage with space for bikes. There is also a spare room which we use for example for drying laundry and for miscellaneous storage.

Location: very convenient access to Cambridge train station and shops on Hills Road.

Bills are around £130/month per person, including electricity, gas, water, council tax (band E) and broadband.
The property is rented through an estate agent.

The room is available to move in by mid August.
