The room is a double in my two bedroom house in the Chesterton area. The house is in very central location close to Cambridge city centre and Elizabeth way bridge.

Both Cambridge north and central stations are a short 12 minute cycle away. The river Cam is a 5 minute walk across Logan’s meadow. The area is a relatively quiet family friendly neighbourhood.


The shared spaces are the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is car parking space in the drive and a fence to lock your bike.

Rent is £850 a month. Security deposit is one months rent. Utilities: washing machine , dishwasher, internet included. The rent includes council tax. The room is available for viewing in person and virtually. Tenancy can begin 31st January. Room is non-smoking but you can smoke outside.
