The room is in a self-contained annex shared with a quiet and respectful female student. The annex has a shared kitchen and bathroom, and a private separate entrance.

💡 All bills included: electricity, water, heating and high-speed internet.

🏡 The annex is separate from the main house where we live as a family. We have a very friendly dog (not allowed in the annex) and a 5-year-old child who is at school during the day, though occasional noise may be heard at weekends or holidays.

We are respectful landlords. Previous tenants have described the space as peaceful and comfortable.
