I'm a church worker seeking another housemate in Newnham, preferably also female and Christian. The location is awesome with Maison Clement and Coop around the corner, and Grantchester a short walk away.

This is a 2-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom. Rent is £825 per month excluding council tax (band D) and bills. Contract is monthly rolling but longer term stays preferred, with 12 months being a minimum if possible.

The approximate monthly bill for electricity, water, and wifi is £100 per person - this is an estimate, and will vary with usage.

Apartment originally came unfurnished but living and dining areas are fully furnished. Outgoing housemate has kindly donated some furniture so available bedroom comes with single bed, bookcase, and chest of drawers.

I host lifegroup once a week in the evening at the apartment, attended by post-grads/docs and professionals, and would love to extend an invite for my housemate to join in for dinner, bible study, and prayer.
