We are looking for a responsible, quiet and tidy working professional (single occupancy, no pets, non smoker) to move into a beautiful double room with wooden flooring. The house is a spacious and modern two-bedroom hipster terrace with a small garden. The house is standardly fully equipped with everything you might need. The photo's are a little dated now from an old advert and some furniture has moved around a bit.

The house is situated on York street (CB1 2PZ) near Mill road and Asda with just a 5 min walk to Anglia Ruskin or a 15 min walk to the city centre.

Who would you be living with? Two (M, F), working from home professionals. Typically during the week, there is a working vibe and we use the weekends to recover and relax. We are not in our 20’s anymore so it’s definitely not a party house. We try to be tight on tidying to keep the house clean! We are looking for someone with similar values who will help out and take care of this place like their own, just like we do!

Pets:
We are also living with a lovely, relaxed house-cat (doesn't scratch) that is secretly the boss and runs the household and a sophisticated elderly medium sized dog that keeps to himself.

Our current room mate is leaving and the room is available on 11th July through summer until autumn definitely and potentially beyond; we have no fixed contract with the landlord. If we leave there is scope to negotiate transferral of contract. Let's talk about this over some viewings.

Rent is £850 per month with all bills and internet included, with transparency about the running costs if needed.
