Large, Bright Double Room in Friendly Professional House – Close to City Centre

A large and spacious double room is available to rent in a lovely, welcoming house just a 20-minute walk from the city centre.

The room is the biggest in the house and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, making it bright, warm, and comfortable. It comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell the chest of drawers and leave the bed frame if needed.

The house has:

A fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area
Two shower rooms
A small back garden

You’ll be sharing with three friendly professional girls: Meri from Spain, Bea from Italy, and Klea from Greece.
It’s an international house with a great balance! We’re respectful, easygoing, and have been happily living together for the past two years. We’re all fairly busy, but we enjoy the occasional movie night, meal out, or pub quiz together!

I’m moving to another city, so we’d love to find another girl who’s looking to join a calm, sociable, and harmonious home.

Rent: £575 per month, bills excluded.
Bills usually come to around £160 per month, covering gas, electricity, internet, and council tax.

The house is well located, close to local shops, pubs, and amenities, with great access to the city centre.
