LOCATION : It's on the first floor of the house, with easy access to the bathroom

STORAGE : Although this would be described as a small double room, you won't be stuck for storage. Just outside the room there is a very large bespoke extra storage unit aimed at providing more space for the three rooms in this vicinity.

SIZE : This is best described as a small double, and therefore great value for the low rent. It is a good shape, allowing for a full sized double bed plus lots of other furniture. And don't forget the extra storage just outside the room for non valuables (suitcases etc)

PRICE : Do not be misled by the low rent, £375pcm, fully inclusive, this room is usually well sought after and has been inhabited by the same tenant for 3 years.

TRANSPORT : There are good local transport links with easy access to both the Royal Preston Hospital and Preston City Centre. In the opposite direction, you are in Preston City Centre in 6 minutes and the bus station in just 12. From the bus station the train station is 15 minutes' walk. The 23 bus also takes you to Asda and Booths Supermarkets very easily. Sainsbury's is walking distance and Morrisons is 10 minutes' drive. (About 2 miles)

PARKING : There is lots of on street parking available and a small car park 15 metres from the property.

This is a very sociable house where the tenants all seem to get on very well, both male & female tenants are welcome.
