I am a "live out landlord", and I am offering a double room in an excellent professional shared house on Broadgate on the River.

Close to the town center and a few mins walk from the train station.

Bills included and Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

I charge a deposit of £200 then the first month in advance on move in.

There is free a weekly cleaning service provided and I also provide a dedicated maintenance manager to contact at all times.

The house has Fantastic River views!

There are no additional sign on charges whatsoever.

Single occupancy only please. One person per room.
