Gorgeous Laura Ashley decorated super-comfortable room with stunning views over Burnley.
The double room is for a single person and is within my lovely detached house, positioned on a quiet cul de sac, in a leafy quiet part of Burnley, just off Manchester Road.!
Less than 1mile to town centre, but it feels like the countryside, so very relaxing and peaceful . . .
The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.

You must be cat obsessed, as you will be sharing a house with 2 very loving indoor cats and me their mummy.

Unfortunately, guests won’t be allowed.

I need someone really responsible who doesn’t drink, so they can ensure doors and windows are closed to avoid the cats getting out.
There’s a comfortable seating area in the back garden, and a driveway to park on.

I’m a teacher so I go to bed very early by 9pm, and I’m up by 7am.
I have the family over every weeknd, so I the room is only available Monday to Friday.

This is ideal for someone studying or working in the area Monday- Friday.
