This is a 1 bedroom apartment with en-suite with shared modern kitchen in a secure block of 6. Fully furnished student accommodation. Tudor place has quiet areas, pool table, gym, social areas and is fully secure. Also has washing machines. Ideally situated very close to the city (5 min walk) and 3 minute walk to the University. I'm leaving the accomodation earlier than planned so wondered if anyone wanted to take over the remaining lease. This can all be arranged properly via Tudor place.
