Hi,

I am looking to let the second room in my apartment in Chester.

I’ve been renting the whole apartment by myself for a year already - but it’s too much space for one person.

I’ve furnished the property myself - I’ve already installed a bed in the room being let.
A wardrobe and a small work table can also be provided (if needed).

I am a Financial Analyst @ Bank of America, and pretty chill about stuff. I am gone for a better part of the day - so the flat is usually empty.

Location is incredible with most stuff within walking distance - Morrisons (2 mins), Local Supermarket (2 mins), Big Tesco (10 mins), Chester Railway Station (5 mins), Two Bus Stations (5 Mins), The Gym Group (10 Mins).

And there’s a lift in the building.

I don’t party much, like things clean, and would prefer to maintain the feel good vibe of the place.
