Goodday,

I got a new job which allowed me to move. However, due to me having a 12 month contract, I am required to either keep paying rent or find someone to replace me. Just a heads up, the agency require £360 to terminate my contract and begin processes such as references. I am more than happy to contribute to the £360, I just want to be rid of the whole stress of paying rent at 2 places.
