A smart double room is available Monday to Friday in a modern terraced property on a quiet street. It is a 5 minute walk to the University and 10-15minute walk to the city centre.

My previous lodger has moved out after 10 years so I am looking for someone new (wouldn’t have to stay for that long!).

It is a double furnished room with shared bathroom.

Downstairs there is a kitchen/lounge, dining room and front living room which you would be free to use.

I am often out a couple of nights a week, but I am home at weeksends hence the Monday to Friday.

Cleaning is shared but for an extra £5 a week then a cleaner is provided.

Parking is on street and a parking permit (free) is required during working hours.
