This is a great house for someone working in the hospital. Ideally looking for professionals.

The house is lovely and calm and peaceful great for coming home to after a day at work or studying and very friendly :)

The property is directly opposite the hospital. Less than 2 minute walk to work.

The local SPAR store is less than one minute away

Hairdressers and beauty shops all less than a 2 minute walk

Local Chinese takeaway less than 2 minute walk

Large Sainsbury's superstore less than 10 minute walk away.

Bus links into town and other areas great - bus stop is less than 1 minute walk

15 minute walk to the train station or a 5 minute drive (£5 in taxi)

All communal areas are professionally cleaned weekly.

All external doors and windows are cleaned once each month.

Other Useful points:

High speed Wi-Fi throughout

Lots of useful things in the house - so don't really need to bring any utensils etc.

Professionals preferred - generally have doctors/nurses from the hospital.

Quiet /respectful environment - can be as integrated as the individual would like.
