Approx. 35-45 minute walk to the train station or a 10 minute drive.

There is a private enclosed field/ large garden with a picnic table and possibility for an allotment. Preferred housemate(s) would be considerate, friendly, and respectful. I consider a working professional, and/or quiet student. (15 min walk to campus.)
