Price (£600pcm) includes all bills/utilities and council tax exempt (all student household). Price is applicable for lets ≥3 month, otherwise happy to discuss adjustment for shorter term.

Sleep schedules
Due to being a light sleeper, I'd prefer a housemate with a similar sleep schedule to myself so that, on a normal basis, we minimally disturb each other's sleep in the morning's and evenings. I typically go to bed between 11:00pm -12:30am and get up between 8:00-10:00am. This is not a restriction or rule, just a preference that could benefit both parties.
