I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Luneside Student Accommodation for the upcoming academic year (2026/27). It is £149 per week (cheaper than the £155 current market price and all bills inclusive) for 51 weeks starting from 19 Sep 2026 to 11 Sep 2027.

• Private bathroom study desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, small double-bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, storage

Shared kitchen and Lounge area:
• Big kitchen and is shared with 4 other students with a full-length fridge and freezer, electric oven, dining table, a sofa and a TV.

Accommodation Perks:
• On-site gym, study spaces & social areas, super fast internet, secure building (key fob access), parking, laundry room, bike storage

Great Location:
• Walking distance to Lancaster city centre, easy access to Lancaster University & University of Cumbria, close to shops, transport
