Hi there! I am listing a furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom (not ensuite) in my flat.

ME:
I WFH mostly long hours these days.
I travel regionally for work regularly.
I have two lovely cats that roam freely around the flat (including your bedroom)

I have my own ensuite so the main bathroom is for yourself (and the cats!)
