A fully furnished double room is available in a well-kept two-bedroom flat, offering a comfortable and peaceful living space. The room comes with a storage bed and a large mirrored wardrobe, providing plenty of storage. Monday to Friday only. You can leave your belongings in the room.

Rent is £410 per month, excluding bills, which will be divided at the end of each month. High-speed fibre-optic broadband (50-60 Mbps) is available and can be included in the shared bills.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful flatmate who follows a vegetarian, vegan, or pork-free diet.

To keep the space tidy, tenants take turns with weekly cleaning. If someone prefers not to participate in the cleaning rota, an additional charge will apply, which can be discussed when you come to see the property.

Since the carpets are brand new, I kindly ask that outdoor shoes be removed in the hallway to keep them in good condition. Any damage due to non-compliance may result in charges at the end of the tenancy.

This rental is for one person only, and overnight guests are not permitted. If you plan to have visitors, prior permission will be needed due to past incidents that led to complaints regarding noise and anti-social behaviour.

The flat is in an excellent location, just a short walk from two DLR stations and within easy reach of Bromley-by-Bow Station, making commuting convenient.
A National Express stop at Bow Church provides direct access to Stansted Airport.

Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, gyms, and other local amenities.
Parking may be available on a daily basis through a third-party provider at an additional cost.

A quick note: I enjoy cooking curries very often. If that’s something you are not comfortable with, this might not be a suitable accommodation for you.

The landlord will be present during viewings.

Bills usually come to £260:2= £130per month which will be divided between tenants/lodger. So you will pay £130 roughly on bills which will include broadband, council tax, water bills, gas and electricity.
