The full house will be sharing only with 2 more people.

Transport is very good underground, walking distance (Canada Water ) jubilee line. Overground Rotherhithe station. around 10 minutes. And the bus stop it is 1 minute (around the corner from the house). The 381 bus running 24 hours from Waterloo to Peckham. Next bus stop it is the C10 running from Canada Water to Victoria.

Near by is plenty restaurants, pubs, Surrey Quays shopping centre, late hours large Tesco and several shops, banks, pharmacy, etc.
Near to the house is a grocery shop and also a mini supermarket Coop which is very handy for some emergency milk or bread.

Minimum contract is for 6 months and also I do require 1 month notice minimum (for both parts be able to arrrange the next step).
