I work in finance and usually WFH only one day per week.

I’m chilled, tidy and respectful — I like the flat clean but not in an obsessive way. I’m social and friendly, work out regularly, enjoy learning and personal growth, and like going out to try new restaurants or grab a beer. I also appreciate a good quiet night in with a film or series.

I’m looking for someone like-minded — friendly and easy to live with, someone who enjoys interacting but also understands boundaries and personal space. Ideally someone who has shared before and is in a similar stage of life.

I drink socially (rarely at home) and occasionally smoke, but never inside the flat.
