Reasoning - two flatmates are taking a sabbatical, and we’re looking for people to take over in the interim

Room 1 - It's actually 2 small rooms: one currently used as a bedroom, the other as an office. The price includes both, perfect if you work from home a lot.

Room 2 - This is a double room that comes fully furnished.

House - Comes with a garden, garage (used for laundry & hobbies) and parking spot. Bathroom would be shared with 2 others.

Area - 10mins walk from Canada Water Station, 7 mins walk from Rotherhithe station. 2 mins walk from the Thames, park nearby. Area is super safe, quiet and green, there is a small lake right outside the house.

Ammenities - big Tesco is close by, the area is fairly residential so not much in the way of activities. It is however very fast to get to central or Shoreditch/Dalston/Hoxton.

Flatmates - 3 friends from university (LSE) all young professionals working in London, various backgrounds US, UK, Germany.

You'll fit in well if - you're a relaxed, sociable person, who's positive to be around. We're all fairly social, like going to the gym, for a drink and a chat in the evening. Ideally, you're in a similar stage of life where you're a young professional working in London
