I'm looking for a short term flatmate, up to 6 months before the lease is up!

It's a duplex flat with two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom, and downstairs a kitchen with small patio, and a big living room. Also, lots of storage space! The area has some nice pubs and it's a quick walk to Victoria Park. It's a 5 min walk to Bow Road station and a Tesco express and 10 min walk to Mile End, which will take you to the city centre in no time.

I work from home most days, going into the office 2 a week, as a data analyst. I'm quite chill and sociable, but respect work time boundaries and space. I also travel quite often, so there will be times I'm out the flat and would need someone to water the plants. If you are someone similar, please reach out :)

The move in date can be anytime. Monthly rent is 1000£ and bills are around 150 each month. Deposit of a 500£ required too, but I'm flexible if you are staying for a short time.
