Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely 2-bed flat in Bow! 🏡💖

The bedroom is full of natural light, very spacious and has built-in wardrobes. The room is unfurnished but I’m selling the desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, mattress (brand new - purchased last August) and bed frame - so looking for someone to preferably take it all off me!

The location couldn’t get better - on a quiet, leafy residential street. Roman Road and VIctoria Park are a 15-20min walk away and the gorgeous Tower Hamlets cemetery is around the corner for some peace and quiet. Bow Road station is a 2 minute walk away, and Mile End station is 10mins down the road - so district, hammersmith & city and central line are all at your fingertips! Tesco Express very close by as well as great coffee spots.

The flat itself is so wonderful - sunny, generous living room with dining table, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom is spacious and shared with just one other.

Room is £1175 p/m + bills (around £200 p/m)

You’d be living with just one other girl - a working professional in fashion. She is a pleasure to live with - friendly, clean, tidy and has really made this flat a home. I’m moving as I am leaving London. The vibe in the house is super friendly, chilled, and tidy. We hang out, watch whatever trash is on TV, but also respect each other’s space.

We’ll be holding viewings the week of 22nd June. Room is available from July.

This room and flat has been such a great London find amongst the chaos of the city - looking to hand it over to someone who will enjoy it as much as we do 🫶
