Large social kitchen with dining table and TV, large bathroom. Downstairs and upstairs toilet with separate utility room including washing machine and large shared fridge/freezer.

Current housemates are 3 really nice friendly people. The maximum occupancy of the house is 4 people for the for 4 rooms and we try to find other nice people to rent to to keep the atmosphere in the house nice.

Average size garden for the area (small but big enough to enjoy a BBQ in the summer.)

The room is available for one occupant (no couples ). No pets allowed. We are unable to move on the rent price. Deposit is required, not negotiable.
