This room is available for someone to take over my tenancy at The Croft, Derby, which is a private student accommodation. The tenancy is currently active and runs until September 2026, so the person taking over would assume the remainder of the contract from now until then. The flat is shared with two other flatmates, and the room is en suite.

All members of staff are very friendly and help each tenant settle into their new residence. With this room, the flatmates are friendly and welcoming and contribute to the clean and friendly environment within the halls.
