Hi there! My names Eilidh, Im 24 (dont know why this account thinks Im 18 😂) and a recent graduate from DJCAD and urgently looking for a new flatmate in my stunning City Quay flat.

Double room available (complete with a built in wardrobe and tay bridge view) and spacious bathroom (shower/bath). The flat also has a large living room and separate kitchen, along with a large cupboard storage space.

We also have a balcony with a brilliant view of the city quay harbour, dundee and the Dundee Law! Along with all this we also have a private parking space, bike shed and a beautiful garden area which is shared with other residents.

Utilities (broadband, gas, electric) are £41.43 a month and if you need information regarding council tax I can forward that on.

Looking for a friendly flatmate who prioritises cleanliness in common areas. If you have any questions regarding the flat or myself please dont hesitate to ask! ☺️

No problem with smokers, however no smoking is allowed in the flat.
