Hello, my name is Valeria and I am looking for someone to take my lease for a spacious 2 bedroom flat in the city centre. My current flatmate is a 5th year medical student, a very nice and polite female. This flat is situated in the perfect location: 3 minutes from the bus station
And around 10 minutes walking to the main campus of the University of Dundee. My room has a double bed and a desk with sun going into the window in the afternoons. The flat also benefits from the modern electric heating, big living room and is a great option for those with a car, as you can park outside the building for free.
