My current flat which you would be replacing if you liked the property is £425/pm with an average of £70 for utilities.

It is located on Reform Street in the centre of Dundee and the University is a 10 minute walk and a 2-5 minute bus.
It is a double room, with a desk (accompanying chair) and a cupboard.

Alongside this, there is also a shared living room with washing machine and a storage room, there is also two bathrooms shared among four tenants (all girls flat).

I'm hoping to move out in June (specifically June 4th) which is when I intend on tenant swapping.
