One room available in a shared apartment at DD2. Looking for a friendly and easy going lady. My current flatmate is moving by the end of April. The room will be available from 1st May.

The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from Dundee University and easy access to buses.

It's an unfurnished room. The deposit is £340, rent £325, bills (electricity, gas, wifi and council tax) is between £115 and £145 per month depending on usage.

I'm willing to drop £50 from the first rent to add to the room furnishing
