There is a double room for rent in the flat where I live. There are only 2 bedrooms- so it would be a flat share with only me. The flat is situated close to Dundee University ~ 10 min walk away.

The available room is furnished as a double with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room is carpeted with curtains, light fittings. There is a shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fitted with Integrated Appliances: Fridge Freezer, Oven, Ceramic Hob, Cooker Hood, Dishwasher and washing machine There is a dining table and 4 chairs. Two couches in the lounge and a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. There is a secure video door entry system.

The rent would be £450 pcm excluding bills. The bills cost about £100 per month in addition to the rent (this is approximate as the electricity is dependent on amount used).
If you are a full time student you do not contribute towards Council tax. However, if you are a professional we would share the council tax bill - which would be a further £90 pcm in addition to rent and bills.

A parking permit can be purchased from the Dundee council which allows parking near to the flat.

I have recently graduated from DJCAD. I am looking to share with a female age 20-24. As there would just be two of us in the flat, I would like to meet any prospective flatmate as it would be important that we get along. I am tidy and considerate, sociable and friendly.
