Hey, we have a room available from the 20th May. A nice flat near to both universities. On-street parking is free on our road and the roads nearby.

We are looking for someone who is available to come and view the flat and sign a tenancy agreement as soon as possible. Current flatmates are myself and a friend. One working full time and one due to graduate this summer. Both 23.

Rent is £400 a month until the 4th July, then the landlord has increased it to £450.
Bills roughly £50 per month.
