Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 4-bed flat share on Perth Road.

Ideal location for students as it's only 5 minutes to UoD campus and 15 minutes to Abertay on foot. 10 minute walk to the city centre and train station. On Perth Road bus route for easy commute out of the city. There is also cheap council run parking across the road.

Bills ~£50 per month for energy & wifi.

Great flat mates both working and students. I've personally made great friends living here.

The flat has a shared living room which is a nice social space. Recently refurbished kitchen and shared bathroom.
