Advertising my lovely big room as I am moving away for work. Ideally located flat, close to city centre and everything you need! Loved living here, will be sad to leave.

You will be living with Maurits as myself and one other flatmate are moving out. The other flatmates room is also needing to be filled.

Flat does not have communal living room, but has a spare small room (we changed living room into bedroom as other room is fairly small).

Bills not included. Council Tax Band C.

***IMPORTANT***

As two of us are moving out - landlord wants to break our tenancy and start a fresh one. As Maurits is staying, you and one other person will sign tenancy with him. Notice to break tenancy is 28 days, so from the time that two people are found to take the rooms we can put in notice. Therefore, if you have buddied up will make process faster.

I am willing to move out during the notice period and let you take the room (while I’m still technically on lease, so you would transfer me equivalent rent for the time you move in.
