Rent is £425, location is city centre (near Wellgate). I’m quite a sociable flatmate that likes spending time with others and keeping up with my hobbies when I’m not studying but I’m also into my personal time/space too so if that is what you’re like also then give me a message:) as long as you’re a respectful, clean and nice flatmate!
