Hi, I am a second year student studying Philosophy, with English Literature and Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Dundee.

I'm looking for a temporary replacement flatmate for a room in the two bed flat that I rent. It is available for maximum 6 weeks

The bedroom has a single bed in it. The flat also has a large shared living room with two sofas, a bay window, a big table and lots of light, There is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. It also has a bath with shower.

The flat is about 10 mins walk from the university, just off a lively bit of the Perth road. It is also close to the park, Magdalen Green. The rent is £350 a month and other costs include half of the bills (gas, electricity, broadband etc) which comes in around £60. TV licence is included for this year, as it is already paid.

There is a very nice shared garden here and the Tay River and Tesco’s Riverside are a short hop away.

About me: I am sociable, friendly and easy going. I love music and arts. I am happy to leave a flatmate be or to hang out together, I am not drinking alcohol at the moment, but it is fine for others to do so. I enjoy studying and am involved in various university societies - Philosophy, Creative Writing, Sign Soc, Medieval Reinactment. I also love doing Archery at the sports centre.

The room is available from now.

As this is private accommodation rented through a Property Management Company, you will need a deposit of about £450 and a guarantor, so that the landlord can approve you. If you do not have one, the university can help, if you are a student.. Check the online page on DUSA Housing.
