Hello! My name is Sammy I'm 33 and I am looking to fill one really lovely double bedroom in my house. The previous tenants are both leaving at the same time by coincidence.
The room is super light, really nicely decorated and clean avaliable now.

The house includes a nice wrap around decking around the house and outdoor area and a cosy fire place. There is a nice clean bathroom with shower/bath and a downstairs toilet room that will be pretty much exclusivley whoever takes this bedroom. Its a really charming, south facing house with excellent views of the river Tay as well as a fireplace. It also has tones of storage in the house and it includes a utility room, use of a dryer and dishwasher. The house is really nicely decorated and furnished.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and mattress and I can provide some basic units for storeage.

The previous tenants and I liked to do activities together such as hiking, wild swimming, joint dinners etc. but I totally understand that isnt everyones cup of tea and respect everyones privacy! Were all really clean and respect the shared spaces and the house is generally quiet and peaceful.

IMPORTANT: The landlord will put the house on the market soon so I expect this tenancy to be for a minimum of 3 months to an unknown period of time. When selling a house there are unknown timelines so it would be ideal to have someone in with this in mind that would be happy to stay until the sale is complete. The housing market is super slow in the new year so we do not expect a fast sale.
