Room is on the very top floor with a wonderful view of Tay Court Bridge and river, you'd honestly expect to pay extra for it but cost is the same as a ground floor room (asked for a place w lots of lighting and got lucky)
It's quite spacious especially for a student accom and fully furnished, provided with a large wardrobe, wide mirror, wall shelves, under bed storage drawer and includes a desk and rotating chair.

Due to personal reasons I need to move out right away so need someone to replace me and carry on the 45 week contract.

Flatmates are great, there's a shared living space acting as a kitchen and sitting room. Kitchen amenities are all provided including a large stove and oven, two sinks and two large fridge freezers
Washing amenities are located outside reception
It is a non-ensuite but there are 2 bathrooms

Building is located in a quiet area just off the main road and right outside the town centre (~5 min walk) with many places to eat around and is probably the closest student accom to Tesco

A 10 min walk from UoD or faster if you cut through the Union building which is nearby but plenty close to Abertay Uni too .

Also very close to the bus station (~20 min walk/ 5 min bus ride) and if you're travelling to St Andrews there's a bus right outside of town that goes straight there
If you're travelling frequently to Edinburgh there's a coach that stops right outside as well so no need to go all the way to the bus station.

Security is excellent with a large iron gate up front which opens with a fob key, cameras are up 24/7 and a vigilant site team at reception.

Would have personally loved to remain here but have to leave early in the semester due to unforeseen circumstances, again don't hesitate to contact as I'm looking to move out as soon as possible.
