Will have a private ground floor bedroom with a bathroom shared between 2 people. Bedroom includes bed + mattress, bedside table, desk + chair, chest of draws and closet. Bedding not provided.
Shared kitchen and living room for 5 people.
Shared pebble garden for tenants.
Washing machine included. No dryer.
Bills approximately £150 per month split between everyone i. e. £30 per person.
