Hi!
I am looking to leave my room in the listed flatshare as I am finishing my degree.
The property is located in the center of Dundee and so has easy and quick access to public transport, both Dundee and Abertay university as well as shops, bars and restaurants. The flat has two bathrooms, a dishwasher and the usual washing machine and dryer. The remaining flatmates are all university students.
I am looking to move as soon as possible, but changeover will take around 3-4 weeks to be processed. The agency unfortunately doesn't take non-guarantor payments, so you'll either need proof of income or a U. K. based guarantor.
