Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving in September, so I’m looking for someone to move into her room from 20/09/25.

A little about me:

I’m currently studying my PhD at St Andrews in Human Geography. I’d love to live with someone who enjoys a relaxed, cosy home – maybe sharing the occasional dinner or movie night – but also happy to have alone time.

About the room:

Comes with the furniture in the picture, including the single trundle bed (but if you have your own furniture, we can clear the room – a double bed will fit). The flat is double-glazed with central heating.

Costs:

Rent: £437.50 pcm
WiFi: £13.50
Bills: ranges between £40-70 depending on the season.
Looking for another student for council tax exemption, but if you’re not a student, you would cover the council tax (Band B).

Location:

We’re in a quiet spot in the West End, just a minute's walk from Magdalen Green Park and about 15–20 minutes’ walk to the train station and city centre. If you're a student, the flat is a 5-10 minute walk to many of the University of Dundee Buildings, and the bus to St Andrews is in the city centre.

The flat doesn’t come with its own parking but the street is free to park on.
