Great if you're on a hospital placement, working at Ninewells, or studying at the uni and want somewhere fuss-free to land.

The room comes fully furnished, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and ready to use from day one. High speed WiFi is and there's off street parking available on the street.

There are two of us in the flat, both easy-going and into music, cooking, art, yoga and getting out and about - we hang out regularly and you're welcome to join in as much or as little as you like. We keep the place clean and tidy and appreciate a flatmate who does the same, but otherwise we're pretty relaxed.
