My name is Emma and my lovely flatmate Hannah is moving away for 7 months to Spain 🇪🇸 so I am looking for a friendly individual to sublet her room whilst she is away 😊
The flat has a beautiful view of the Tay, furnished with separate living room and kitchen! Flat is fully equipped with appliances, utensils etc.
The bedroom has amazing storage, double bed, desk etc (you also get a great view of the Tay)
Rent is £370 per month and bills are usually £100 to £150 including g&e, WiFi and council tax each.
Ideal flatmate would be friendly, happy to hang out sometimes but also respect personal spaces and alone time. Looking for someone who cleans as they go and takes pride in keeping a clean flat also!
