Katie, Grace and Rosemary are looking for 1 flatmate in their 4 bedroom house. Move in date is flexible between May and the 1st of September.

About the Flat:-

The 4 bedroom house includes a private back garden, garage, driveway/on-street parking, 4 toilets and 2 showers (one of which is an en suite). The kitchen includes another fridge and a dining table that can't be seen in the images.

The available bedroom is on the second floor, a cosy space with a built-in desk and double bed. There is also a cupboard just outside the room with extra storage space for this room's occupant.

The property is a 10 minute walk into the city centre, and a 5 minute walk to Dundee University campus.

Rent is £450, Wi-Fi is £7 per person, Gas/Electricity estimated £49 per person, for non-students council tax is £75 monthly. Overall monthly expenses are expected to be around to be £581 (for non-students) and £506 (students).

About Council Tax:- Council Tax will be split between Katie and 1 other flatmate since 2 flatmates are students. About Katie, Grace and Rosemary:-

Katie is a retail assistant and novelist.
Grace is a PHD student at Dundee University.
Rosemary is a Masters student at Dundee University.

It is a friendly, clean and sociable flat with frequent guests, so if you are looking to make new friends this is the perfect place for you.

They spend their free time out of the house playing sports/exercising, exploring Scotland and socialising with friends. Their free time in the house is spent watching drama/anime, cooking/baking, and having a good yap. They also love hosting board game nights/werewolf nights, and are always looking for new players.

Between the three of them, at least one enjoys reading novels, webtoons, horror, art, video games, and k-dramas.

They are open to pets, but would have to ask the letting agency for permission. Katie is allergic to dogs (sneezing, itchy eyes) but adores them. If it's cute and well behaved she'll take antihistamines. They also occasionally pet sit for friends.
