We have a spare room to let. It will be available from 1st December 2024. It is on the top floor of our spacious 3-story townhouse, fully furnished. The bathroom is shared between two female lodgers. Sharing dining kitchen, laundry room and garden. There is a under-counter fridge/freezer in the kitchen it's for the use of lodgers only. The Living room is not for share. Each room is lockable. The house is always cosy with gas central heating, and double glazing windows.

It is situated only 15-20 minute walk to the city centre/both unis and 30 minute walk to Ninewells Hospital. Bus stops to the town centre and Ninewells Hospital are only 2 minutes from the house.

Single female only, free parking spaces, no smoking, no pets and no overnight visitors. The monthly rent includes speedy Internet, TV licence, gas and electricity. £50 a month extra for council tax payers.

We have two friendly cats.
Short term let is available at a higher rate.
